Discovery as a Catalyst and an Awakening with Julie Neale
As we go through life, we often find questions in our hearts that we hope the journey can answer. Sometimes, adhering too much to our idea of the answer can make us miss the point completely. What if we were to give ourselves the space to pause, reflect, process and then discover possibilities outside of our expectations? What would that change? What would it free up inside of us? How would your journey be different? Giving ourselves space to discover who we are without rigid planning is a much needed kindness. It’s okay to make mistakes, to feel frustrated or stuck and to surrender to big emotions because beautiful discoveries can come from these places. Today’s guest is someone that can teach us the power of surrendering to the journey and all the important discoveries we find along the way. Join Julie Neale and I as we explore the beauty of releasing expectations and letting the journey be our guide. Tune in to hear more about how Julie has been discovering her voice, how this plays into her activism and community-building, and how every moment can be a chance to discover something new.
